Propel Global Wraps Up Fourth AGM With All Resolution Passed
All Resolutions Passed with Full Support from Shareholders to Fuel Strategic Growth and Resilience
KUALA LUMPUR, 6 DECEMBER 2024 – PROPEL GLOBAL BERHAD ("Propel Global" or the "Group”), a provider of oil and gas (“O&G”) services, services, is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Fourth Annual General Meeting (“4th AGM”) held virtually today. All resolutions tabled during the AGM were passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
The resolutions approved by shareholders include the re-election of directors, the payment of directors’ fees and meeting allowances, the re-appointment of auditors, and several key corporate resolutions. These include the Proposed Authority to Issue Shares pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act 2016 and the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Group to purchase its’ own shares.
The approval of these resolutions ensures that Propel Global maintains the flexibility and resources necessary to drive its strategic initiatives and capitalise on future opportunities.
